- Special order products
- Custom or personalised orders
- Flooring that has been fitted or installed
- Products that have been used, altered, damaged, or marked

4. Made-to-Measure and Cut Flooring
Many flooring products are cut or ordered specifically for each customer. Once these products have been cut, prepared, ordered from a supplier, or made to your requirements, they may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund unless they are faulty or supplied incorrectly.
Customers are responsible for checking measurements carefully before confirming an order.
5. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
You may be asked to provide:
- Proof of purchase
- Photos or videos of the issue
- A description of the fault or damage
- Order details
- Delivery or collection details
Once we have reviewed the issue, we may offer one of the following:

- Normal wear and tear
8. Refunds
If your refund is approved, we will process it using the original payment method where possible.
Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Delivery charges, fitting charges, measuring fees, and other service charges may not be refundable once the service has been completed.
9. Exchanges
Where possible, we may offer an exchange for eligible products. Exchanges are subject to product availability and condition.
If the replacement product is more expensive, the customer will need to pay the difference. If it is cheaper, we may refund the difference where applicable.
10. Return Delivery Costs
